On one of his church mission trips to the Gulf Coast to aid in re-building after Katrina, Bill was inspired by the stories from both first responders and victims to return home and create the Emergency Response Shower Unit, so this unique vehicle will be available to assist in times of need.

     Bill is a South Carolina State Representative serving House District 86 (www.TaylorSCHouse.com). He's Vice Chairman of the American Red Cross, Aiken County (SC) Chapter. He is a longtime media consultant; co-founder and former CEO of major television consulting and research firms based in Dallas, Hollywood and London. Prior to becoming an audience consultant in the mid-70s, Bill's experience included a decade of television reporting, producing, anchoring and serving as a television News Director.

     Donna is a successful Aiken Real Estate Broker. Highlights of her business career include founding a national management consulting firm and a long and distinguished career as a Xerox executive.

     Bill & Donna reside in Aiken, SC. They have been happily married for 41 years and are blessed with two wonderful adult children and their first grandchild.
